I’m a returning customer and will no doubt be more than pleased with the quality of items I purchased but also pleased that they bring many of us together at events like Remembrance Day when the pins get relatives of lost ones approaching you because they recognise a crest or badge and they become ice breakers when emotions are high and a chance to talk as we remember all those that gave their all. On a less serious note, I’m getting old and need to remember where I served and what units I served in before my memory disappears.
